Its 40 microns filtration reduces the present sediment in the water as well as the amount of cloudiness or turbidity of the water. The water goes through mechanical filtration wherein there’s a mesh filter or cartridge that traps suspended particles on the surface or within the filter. The filters should be replaced every 6 months or when a noticeable pressure drop occurs.
